At the age of 17 Stephanie taught English in Tokyo for a year. While she was teaching English in a High School, she was also learning Japanese. During university, Stephanie completed an internship with the Foreign Policy Association in New York where she assisted in the organising of the annual World Leadership Forum. Her highlight was interviewing Ambassador Stalin, of the Swiss Embassy on the Swiss accession to the United Nations. After travelling around Brazil and working in the US, Stephanie started working in HR recruitment in London. Routinely recruiting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs and Accenture she developed further accounts with Johnson & Johnson and LG.
Before establishing Solve, Stephanie worked for a large UK Employment Law consultancy where she worked with a client base of over 500 developing their contracts of employment and solving their employment disputes. Prior to that Stephanie was head hunted for the role of HR Manager in a global pharmaceutical company responsible for 400 employees onsite in Bathgate, Edinburgh. There she managed a large scale redundancy project, culture change initiative and employee relations. Stephanie has experience of working within HR in Hospitality, Outsourcing, the Legal Sector and Manufacturing.
