Partnering at director level, Solve supported Heritage Portfolio by:
Scoping out the directors end vision and demonstrating how it could be achieved while keeping the objectives of: business continuity, talent retention and up-skilling at the forefront of all plans. Creating an end- to-end restructuring project plan to clarify roles and responsibilities for managers who played parts within the change process.
Creating bespoke communications which enabled the directors to confidently articulate the envisaged change and process to their senior team, managers and employees
Creation of all the documentation and notes which gave key stakeholders peace of mind the process was conducted legally and protecting the interests of the business
Attending initial announcements being on hand to support the directors with any questions arising from the briefings and consultations
Constant communication and face-to-face meetings to give the directors and managers a sounding board and advice in more complex scenarios.
Creating learning and development plans to support employees in their new roles and ensure that change is embedded as efficiently as possible.
Through listening to the needs of their business, meticulous attention to detail and dedicated, skilled resources, Solve guided Heritage Portfolio through the process of restructure within a neat six week time frame to achieve their strategic business objectives and ultimately a more motivated, refocused and engaged team.
